Analysis of the Staff of Scientific and Pedagogical Staff in the Universities of Chuvashia in the 1990s – the beginning of the XXI century

 

Abstract

Introduction. This article analyzes the personnel of the scientific and pedagogical staff of law faculties in universities of Chuvashia in the 1990s – early XXI century. The research is based on archival sources and modern scientific works, including anthologies of documents and statistical data on law faculties of universities in the region. Special attention is paid to the historiography of the topic and the analysis of the works of leading Russian experts. Innovative teaching methods used to improve the skills of teachers are considered and their impact on the educational process is analyzed. Statistical data on the number of students and teaching staff are also presented.

Materials and Methods. In the process of preparing this article, a variety of methodological approaches were applied, including general scientific methods, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system analysis and logical approach, as well as specific historical methods. The latter include the historical-genetic method, structural-historical, historical-system analysis, historical-typological approach, comparative analysis, as well as methods related to the problem-chronological approach and periodization.

Results. The result of the study was the identification of problems in the training of legal personnel at different stages of the formation and development of higher legal education in Chuvashia.

Discussion and Conclusion. It is concluded that in the 1990s and the beginning of the

XXI century, conditions were created in Chuvashia for the formation of the personnel potential of the vocational education system, and the problems that need to be solved by universities and the entire higher education system in different periods of history, as well as possible ways to solve these problems, are also highlighted.
