FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF FUTURE PROFESSIONALS DURING TRAINING IN HIGH SCHOOL
The article analyzes the problem of professional self-determination of students in the learning process in higher education. Professional self-determination in adolescence is considered as one of the central psychological growth affecting the professional development of future professionals. Professional self-determination due to the awareness of the professional values of life, desire for professional growth and development, and is accompanied by training process in which implemented the progressive changes in the structure of personal and professional qualities of future specialists.
The results of experimental studies of professional self-determination of students of psychological and technical specialties. The study identifies goals for professional development and value orientation of students. The main professional purposes development of future specialists allocated professional development and material well-being, including the main value orientations in favor of education. Based on the results of the study draws conclusions about the impact of value orientations to professional self-determination process. It is established that self-determination due of the value orientations of students and depends on the type of professional orientation, as well as gender-specific of the future specialists.
